I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They even went out of their way to pick me up from the bus stop. The location of the hotel is quiet and offers a superb mountain view, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The hotel facilities, specifically the wellness center, were exceptional. From the swimming pool to the solarium, every aspect of the wellness center was comfortable and inviting. Additionally, the food provided was satisfying, with a buffet breakfast and delicious local dinner options, including a buffet salad. my experience at this hotel was wonderful, thanks to its friendly staff, beautiful location, and excellent facilities.

Friendly and helpful staff, incredible mountain views, relaxing wellness center. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing excellent service throughout our city trip. We were treated to delicious food, both for breakfast and dinner, with a great variety of options. The hotel's location is perfect, nestled in a peaceful area with breathtaking mountain views. One of the highlights was the wellness center, which featured a swimming pool, sauna, solarium, and spa facilities. It was the perfect way to unwind and relax after a day of exploring the city.
Limited dining options in the vicinity, remote location. While the hotel itself was exceptional, the surrounding area lacked a variety of dining options.

Spent Xmas in a hotel somewhere in the mountains. the view from the wellness center was amazing and they had a lot of options to relax. the staff was also friendly and welcoming.
The location was just terrible, I was stuck in a small village, there was nothing to do there. I thought they would have had more Christmas-themed activities but there was nothing going on.
